I've always been drawn to work where people genuinely need help — and where getting it right matters. I started my career at Apple - eventually landing in a senior technical role, working to untangle complex software and hardware issues. It taught me how to think on my feet, stay calm under pressure, and treat every person I worked with — no matter how frustrating the problem — with patience and respect.

Today, I bring that same mindset to my work in public service. The problems look different, but the core of the job hasn't changed: showing up, staying steady, and doing right by the people who need it.

What drives me most is solving problems that I know aren't unique to just me — if I'm running into something frustrating, chances are someone else is too, and I like being the person who figures it out so others don't have to.

Above all, my family is what matters most to me. Everything I do — professionally and otherwise — is in service of building a good life for the people I love.
