I've always been drawn to work where people genuinely need help — and where getting it right matters. I started my career at Apple - eventually landing in a senior technical role, working directly with customers to untangle complex software and hardware issues. It taught me how to think on my feet, stay calm under pressure, and treat every person I worked with — no matter how frustrating the problem — with patience and respect.
Today, I bring that same mindset to my work in public service. The problems look different, but the core of the job hasn't changed: showing up, staying steady, and doing right by the people who need it.
What drives me most is solving problems that I know aren't unique to just me — if I'm running into something frustrating, chances are someone else is too, and I like being the person who figures it out so others don't have to.
Above all, my family is what matters most to me. Everything I do — professionally and otherwise — is in service of building a good life for the people I love.
